Manpower Albania Officially Opens Its Doors

Expanding our South East Europe presence and strengthening support for employers and talent across the region.

Manpower Albania has officially launched its operations, marking an important milestone in the continued growth of the Manpower network across South East Europe.

The opening was celebrated with a business breakfast held in Tirana, bringing together representatives of the Albanian business community, partners, clients, and stakeholders to discuss the future of work, workforce trends, and opportunities for business growth in one of the region's most dynamic markets.

The event was attended by Manpower's regional leadership team, including Tamás Fehér, Regional Operations Director for South East Europe and Managing Director of Manpower Albania, Felix Toma, Regional Commercial Director, Djordje Vukotić, Senior Lead for Global Enterprise & IT Business Development, and Migena Halili, Business Development Manager for Manpower Albania.

A Strategic Step for the Region

The opening of Manpower Albania further strengthens our presence across South East Europe, where we now operate in 10 countries through a network of more than 260 HR professionals dedicated to helping organizations find, develop, and retain the talent they need to succeed.

As Albania continues to attract investment and expand its role within the regional economy, businesses increasingly require workforce solutions that combine local expertise with international experience. Through Manpower Albania, employers now have access to recruitment, staffing, talent mobility, workforce consulting, and other human capital solutions supported by both regional capabilities and global know-how.

Sharing Insights on Albania's Business Potential

As part of the event, attendees were presented with insights from the recently published Western Balkans Nearshoring Report, offering a broader perspective on Albania's position within the regional business landscape.

The findings highlighted the growing importance of the Western Balkans as a destination for investment, outsourcing, and business services, while also showcasing the strengths that make Albania an increasingly attractive market for international companies. Discussions focused on workforce availability, talent development, competitiveness, and the opportunities emerging across the region.

Building Long-Term Partnerships

Speaking during the event, Tamás Fehér emphasized the importance of establishing a strong local presence while maintaining the standards and expertise associated with the Manpower brand.

"Albania is a market with strong potential, ambitious businesses, and talented people. We are excited to officially launch Manpower Albania and become a long-term partner to organizations looking to grow, innovate, and build successful teams. Our goal is to bring together local market understanding, regional experience, and global expertise to create value for both employers and candidates."

The event also provided an opportunity to connect with business leaders, exchange experiences, and discuss the evolving workforce challenges faced by employers throughout the region.

Looking Ahead

The opening of Manpower Albania represents more than the launch of a new office. It reflects our long-term commitment to supporting the development of the Albanian labor market and contributing to the growth of businesses operating in the country.

We would like to thank everyone who joined us in Tirana and helped make this important milestone possible. We look forward to building new partnerships, supporting our clients, and helping talent across Albania discover new career opportunities in the years ahead.
