Manpower Wins Top Workplace and Best of the Best Awards at HR Weekend 2025

We are proud to announce that Manpower has been recognized with two prestigious awards at this year’s HR Weekend Festival in Rovinj, organized by Luppa:

  • Top Workplace 2025 – awarded to Manpower offices across the Southeast Europe cluster
  • Best of the Best Company 2025 – awarded to Manpower Slovenija

These awards hold a special meaning as they are based directly on employee feedback, measuring engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience. The evaluation is conducted through:

  • eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) – willingness of employees to recommend their company as a great place to work
  • Employee engagement – motivation and involvement in daily work
  • 12 key dimensions of satisfaction – compared against market and industry benchmarks

Only companies that exceed market averages by at least 15% earn the Top Workplace recognition, while the exclusive Best of the Best title is reserved for those achieving results more than 25% above the benchmark.

This year, competition was fierce – 72 companies and over 36,000 employees participated in the survey – making these achievements a true testament to the strength of our teams and culture.

At Manpower, we believe that people are at the heart of every success. These recognitions reflect our commitment to building workplaces where talent can grow, innovation is encouraged, and trust is nurtured with both employees and clients.

We extend our gratitude to all our colleagues across the region, whose dedication and passion made this possible!
